The DOJ sued Yale last month for admissions discrimination against Asian-Americans. Just a few days ago Fed Appeals Court cucks (in Boston, of course) ruled in Harvard's favor on the same issue. It may go to SCOTUS. Affirmative Action has done more harm to this country than the racism it was supposed to eradicate.That includes blacks. It's Jim Crow with a Liberal smiley-face. Yale admissions policies are actually violating the Civil Rights Act of 1964--that's the DOJ's argument, and it's a good one. The irony of this is totally lost on the Yaletards.
