Someone made a video a day or two befoer her post mentioning this guy and SMOTEBoost, that seemed less iffy to me, but still speculative at this point. I'd like to hear some computer people talk about any actual technical relationship between this guy's work and what would be needed to make the voting machines/tabulators/reporting systems do what they did.
