You can alter the video to make it appear more serious, or funnier or more dramatic etc, but you have to be careful because at the same time you're also saying that fear, comedy, drama etc is needed along with the video in order to believe what is being said in the video.

Sadly, our society doesn't wish to spend time discerning information for themselves anymore. We want some sort of authority figure, celebrity figure or phone notification to tell us what to pay attention to. So those are the areas that you have to hit if you want to be able to boost information farther than it has already gone off it's own appeal.
