Never give up something to someone who “totally promises” to give you something else at like a later date if you give them what they want now.

It’s almost always a scam.

If they are honest what does it matter if you hold on to your leverage? I mean they are totes gonna trade you later right?

Us conservatives fall for this trick too much especially. Reagan fell for it too. We need some people with backbone.

Edit: Them rescinding it shows they have backbone I’m just talking in general. Let’s not get to that point in the first place. Just say no upfront.
