They could take inventory of all of our aircraft, bases and be able to guess a lot about the size of our military and what our capabilities would look like. But yes anything secret they wouldnt be able to see. We also have boneyards like in Tucson of our B-52 bombers that have had the wings cut off and laid out next to the airplanes so the Soviet’s could see we were disarming and reducing our ability to fly from the US bomb Russia and fly back. With this treaty gone we could put those planes back into service and not need to keep them on display anymore
