I've examined the links in a VM. It attempts to grab your Disqus user information (Disqus used for comments on many third party sites, and many log in using Google or Facebook, iirc), redirects to a bit.ly link, and then finally redirects to a Trump coin site.

I don't believe it's malware per se, but could be an attempt to dox people and make some bank off the truly stupid.
