Today they are on the s600, which are believed to be able to to shoot down all the spy satellites, though Russia is not as reckless as the Chinese in actually testing them on a satellite and providing a clear performance target for Western designers to beat.
Modern day aircraft spying would be done with jet drones that would try to be both stealth and too small of a target for radar to reliably track.
