These states must defend against liberal colonization with a comprehensive onboarding program tied to obtaining a state ID, driver's license, or auto registration.

3. Mandatory Expiration of All Laws - One of the fundamental flaws of our system is that its easy to pass laws but hard to repeal them. See Obamacare, Medicare, and Social Security.
