My understanding is that by analyzing the publicly available numbers that streamed in during election night, it has been determined the least significant digit in the ratio of trump/biden votes was occasionally manipulated to swap trump votes to biden.

So in addition to sketchy ballots coming in the back doors, dead people voting, blocking observers, etc, it has now been proven the tabulators were rigged to swap votes to biden. Is that right?

I feel like I only half understand the significance of what appears to be incredible research by these heroes.
