So, we have Project Veritas dropping an interview with the USPS worker who claims that he overheard his supervisors instructing to backdate ballots that arrived past the Nov 3rd.

The article claims that this USPS recanted the claims after investigation.
About an hour and a half after the Washington Post article gets published, Project Veritas drops another video, supposedly of the interrogation that the USPS worker went through.. https://twitter.com/JamesOKeefeIII/status/1326323334800437248
What the hell is the story here then? Did the USPS worker recant or not? I am so confused. Someone clarify.
