The easiest path to victory is to disqualify enough absentee/mail-in votes where they heavily favor Byedon. From what it seems, even if Dominion is indeed switching votes, it would be extraordinarily hard to prove in courts that are controlled by activist judges.
Do NOT get distracted by Dominion, Smartmatic, etc and please focus on easily provable cases of analysis of physically provable cases of fraud such as dead people voting, ballot harvesting, and more importantly the absentee ballots SIGNATURE verification in key states like Pennsylvania and Georgia!
