We need the states to be taking this on and having POTUS jump on board is an easy out for SCOTUS to be 4-4 as ACB can just recuse herself. This is UNECESSARY and risky. Just no, no, no, no, no. We want states defending what's theirs to defend, not have a POTUS actively fighting states. States v. States, is how it should be. They got this. POTUS jumping in can only hurt the cause.

If he wants to go the martial law route and have a military witnessed / enforced election, sure. Jumping into this battle can have absolutely NO GOOD come from it, at all. They got this, we got this, this is NO GOOD for him to do.
