I think the Trump legal team needs to rethink their legal strategy. It's clear that the courts don't want to get involved in the political process. If that's the case, then the lawsuits should not be asking the courts to do anything except recognizing the evidence as valid. Let the courts put their stamp of approval on the evidence, and then that can be used to convince weak-kneed legislatures that they should take hold of the EC selections.

If the suits MUST ask for something, then ask for recognition by the states that the evidence is valid.

It's a bold strategy, but one that I think will work since it completely neutralizes the courts and makes them focus just on the merits, and not interfering with the legislature or voter disenfranchisement.
