The banning of the server was a coordinated attack.

First, communists took advantage of the hype and joined the army.us server with fresh accounts advocating for violence.

At the same time, baby fresh TDW users come out from under the woodwork making posts clamoring for violence and bashing the server for openly disallowing and banning people from suggesting violence and carrying in DC. This does two things: alienate people from joining the server in the first place (splitting the website from army.us and TDW) and aggrevating/negging people into discussing it on the server.

This continues until Discord Admins are notified, banning the server and permanently banning everyone within it. The fake users don't care because their job is done: getting half of the user base part of the actual TDW discord server Thanos'd, severely crippling our actual backup.

This post being stickied also gives this unofficial server more credibility and more ammunition for future attacks on our official TDW website and Discord by the Deep State and the Maoist Left.

As we all know, to join the official TDW discord is difficult and time consuming because they heavily vet every single user who applies and restricts the channels they can post on until it is done. This process could take longer than the time until the 6th.

The unofficial discord had no such protections possibly because they wanted to cast as wide a net as possible since there is so little time. Vetting would severely hamper the planning process.

They look advantage of this to get two birds with one stone.
