I try to teach my kids to think critically, and tell them as much of the truth as they can understand. We live in NoVA, so my 11-year-old is surely going to hear about the Capitol siege if she hasn't already. How do I explain it to her when my husband doesn't even believe the election was stolen?

EDIT: It may not be that he doesn't believe the election was stolen. He may believe that it WAS stolen, but so was every other election since Reagan, so there's no reason to get all hot and bothered about THIS steal.
