Illegal to discriminate based on race...but ok to discriminate against someone based on politicial beliefs. 80-90 percent of black people vote democrat, so if I don't want to serve or hire black people, I just tell them "gtfo" because they are democrats. Merely ask for voting registration card if they claim they are republican to prove I'm even handed...and voila! I can discriminate against the overwhelming majority of black people.
