I'm a high performing JCPenney fulfilment employee at one of the best performing stores that is having great difficulty hiring (I literally only got hired because I was the only candidate that took the interview seriously). They are now letting faxed employees go mask less but I refuse to get the jab. How much longer do I have to wear a mask.

I'm disabled so getting another job is not an option.
