We include the studied universities of each full time employee on our donation recipient list, past and present. The amount of employees affiliated with said individual university will dictate the dollar amount of our twice a year college donations deliveries.
"UMass Lowell" will be permanently "removed" from said donor list Monday morning. This will not be tolerated. This is the Thirteenth REMOVAL of a University in violation over the last 4 months. Before this year we have had two removals in the entire 78 years that my Grandfather's company has been in the public engineering business.
All additionally accumulated profits and collected funds will now be redirected and distributed to existing lower level and new employee wage packages and worker benefits programs.
We are also restructuring our company hiring practices and requirements in light of the recent BLACK LIVES MATTERS street riots and the public burning of American Businesses by these groups of violent BLACK RADICALS. New and updated background checks will also be reapplied to all existing employees who may be related to this Domestic Terrorist Organization referred to as BLACK LIVES MATTERS."
