It is supposedly a transcript of the interrogation of Christian G. Rakovsky, a Bolshevik revolutionary and (apparently) an agent of the Rothschilds and other financial backers of international Marxism, by an NKVD agent in Stalin's Russia in 1938.

I'm unsure of its authenticity but it's an extremely compelling and detailed explanation of WWII and the events that led up to it, and the plan to achieve a worldwide Communist system - and if it is genuine then it provides a great insight into events right up until today. It's well worth a read, and I'd be interested to know people's thoughts on it.
