Could an auto-Flair, or some identifier, be added to accounts less than X days old?

I'm good with 7 days minimum and no more than 14.

I'm seeing a lot of 4-5 day old accounts, or less, that are quite energetic and will be quite opinionated on this specific GOP person or that specific GOP issue.
