So I am not hardcore of NOT wearing a mask. I will stand up when I need to for what I believe. The mask thing wasn't a hill I was going to die on until today.

I go to the gas station and forget my mask. In my county you cannot require someone to wear a mask if they have a disability. I go to this gas station all the time and know the people that work there. Today some boot licker that ive never seen was there and when I walked in he tells me to put on a mask. I just walk by and say "I have a disability" and honestly I do because I have hearing loss from the military.

So ole boy just keeps jacking his jaw telling me its required and I keep telling him now. I say are you the police? Are you trained medical professional that can give medical advice and provide medical intervention?

He threatens to call the cops and I tell him to do so. Meanwhile I am paying for my goods. I said you need to educate yourself on the counties regulation and laws because you cannot discriminate someone on disability. He kept pointing at the sign that said masks are required like that was some sort of legal doctrine.

I told him to stop playing tough guy. As i left he said not to come back without a mask and I said i will come back later without one and you wont do jack shit about it.

I called the corporate office and complained. This isnt a huge gas station either so I was talking directly to the person in charge for guest services. My wife called after and she was going to complain to the manager of the store acting like she was there because dude caused a scene (he really did). The store employee said the manager couldnt come to the phone because he was on the phone with corporate LMAO.

TLDR Had to put a boot licker in his place about masks. Called corporate office and they contacted the store.

Edit: apparently we have some boot lickers here too in comments. No I didn’t Karen the corporate office to complain I did it because boot licker dude didn’t know the policies of that county nor the corporation and refused to stop running his mouth the entire time I was in there. You cannot discriminate against someone with a disability this is clear in the Supreme Court and the American Disabilities Act. I called them so that boot licker wouldn’t run his mouth next time I was in there so the corporate services told me that is correct. He should have asked me once and dropped it.

Edit: I was somewhat wrong about the ADA. Its still getting litigated in court. However, my county has the restrictions and clearly state that you cannot require them for certain reasons.
