I'm all for charity, but there's lots of fake charities out there (clinton foundation, international red cross). We have to be MUCH more discerning about where our money goes.
Right now, it should go back to americans and america. To rebuild. The time is not now to give away all of our money. It's immoral to do so, in the middle of a pandemic and after all this damage to our country
Charity begins at home
We need to start giving money back to real americans, at least temporarily; at least a MORATORIUM ON USAID until we get things back under control
The world will understand. Each country will do the same thing, following our lead. We need to trust our system again. And that begins with wiser use of OUR money.
