Texas (law makers) have been saying for years and they never succeed because your average Texan doesn't want to secede. The logistics of forming a new government, building foreign relations, and striking trade agreements are all things these idiots don't think about. If Texas is it's own country that means we need passports just to go to any state in the US. Tariffs would be levied. Then we have the issue of economic and military entanglement with the US. So that means we would have to pay for these assets or surrender them. It's not like emancipating oneself when you're an adult. So stop pushing this ridiculous fantasy.
