Look at the most recent SCOTUS ruling on Governor Cuomo's religious gathering ban. It came down to the constitution and the court ruled against Cuomo 5-4. When it comes down to something at the constitution level, and is clearly based on that, there should be no issue at all.

If the reports that Durham is still moving forward with his investigation are true, then maybe everything will work out after all. None of this stuff happens overnight as we all know...even though that's what we would like. I'm still hopeful but only time will tell.
