There shouldn't even be an upload button. Everything should be counted sent to a secure server and the paper ballot securely stored for verification.
When some company wants money from me they never "forget" to send the bill.
It's simple voter registrations should be run against the social security death registry.
Credit card and loan companies do this to make sure someone doesent take out credit in a dead persons name.

In Chicago most everyone I know is voting Trump but most of us aren't really decorating much. Trump stuff will just get stolen or vandalized.

Should the State of Illinois restrict the sale or possession of firearms that have been defined as assault weapons or of magazines that can hold more than a certain number of rounds of ammunition?

We've had early voting all month in my state also they mail out ballots you don't even need ID to go vote. How stupid would you have to be to not be able to vote?
