Yeah I remember the last time this came up they were asking why didn't the cop just walk over there and handcuff him on the ground. Pretty obvious that a hallway with that many doors in dangerous. They also didn't know if another person was in the room with them. Very tense situation. The gal made it out just fine, but that one guy didn't because he repeatedly did the opposite of what the cops asked him to do, ill repeat... REPEATEDLY did the opposite. Not one like once or twice, but constant. The reason why he was blubbering was because the cop said I will shoot you if you do not follow these instructions... kid kept putting his hands behind his back, making sloppy movements, doing exactly what the officer said not to. The moment he was shot, it really looked like he was reaching into his waist for a gun. Very sad an unfortunate for both sides, but no I don't think this cop is evil.

Nope, I have never been thin blue line and back the blue. I think the vast majority of officers have authoritarian complexes and abuse their power, which forces a lot of good ones out of service.

I'm simply being fair in this specific situation.

Am I the only one that watched this video and agreed with the cop? And I'm not even thin blue line, I'm as anti-cop as it gets. The guy repeatedly made mistakes over and over and over again. The moment he got shot he was reaching up at his side and the officer was screaming for him not to do it. I probably would have shot him too.

Furthermore, victim was pointing a bb gun rifle out the window at the parking lot. That's what prompted that level of response.

I'm still going strong with boycotting Gillette, Coke, Netflix, paying for any Google services like YouTube, always prefer BitChute and Rumble, prefer Gab, uninstalled all FB applications and only access from one PC for my neighborhood group once a week. The FB uninstall had me lose a lot of friends. I'm early thirties and everyone uses FB messenger by default. If we're only friends because of FB messenger... we're not friends. One of the two grocery stores in my neighborhood put up Biden posters and anti-racist zone signs. Like no shit... no one's racist, but of course I would get labeled that for being libertarian because they don't even know what that word means. So I only go to the other grocery store that's 5 more minutes away. Honestly, that's two more country songs these vocal chords get to belt out on that trip, it's great.

Never give money to people who hate you!

Omg we should actually do that... or are the actors based?

They demand direct identity acknowledgement for every "diverse" group... while attempting to obscure away all others.

"Autism-like" for a subjectively diagnosed spectrum disorder.

Yeaaaah... I'm gonna pass.

I was promised draining the swamp and unless Q is real and Mike Lindell's August promise happens... going to a Trump rally again does absolutely nothing for me but put my family and I in danger.

My IRL friends say this. What the fuck do you want me to do? Walk across the street and shoot my Biden loving neighbors? That's insane and proves them right.

As JimQ said, that's deism, the clock maker.

That sums up the distinction perfectly, I have 0% belief in a spiritual God, but acknowledge that it's impossible to know. So to me, that means knowingly agnostic, believingly atheist.

One rabbit hole that may interest you is simulation theory. It's core argument is that if our species doesn't die out or stop progressing in the future, it's near certain we will have technology to replicate reality to a point that's indistinguishable. If that future scenario exists, then it's impossible to know if we're already in one.

Back 15 years ago or so, we started "glitch in the matrix" forums on various sites to report bugs in reality that would be evidence of a simulation. The Mandela Effect came out of that. My wife, coworkers and I have all seen Froot Loops change to Fruit Loops for 3 weeks and back with our own eyes. I no longer believe we are in base reality. That means that there are creator(s), we very likely were made in their image, and there is a mechanism to perform "divine interventions."

If you think Im insane, I get it. 😂

This is sure to get downvoted if any Christian reads it, but if God exists, he's an asshole. I can't wrap my head around people praying to an all powerful God who created the world in which the crisis of child rape and trafficking they are praying for was created. That to me would make God implicit.

The affirmation is based on lack of belief. The same lack of belief you have for the 3000 some other God's you don't believe in.

Also, how is that a logical fallacy? Which one?

"I fucking love sciece!" Is the least scientific thing I have ever seen. It's all dogma.

I remember when Ken Ham debated Bill Nye and thinking Ken destroyed him. He came with slides, and peer reviewed research, and facts. Bill came with absolutely nothing prepared but rambling anecdotal stories, probably because he didn't take it seriously. I thought atheists would see it too and think he did poorly, but nope, they thought he did great. "WaTcH Bill NyE sYsTeMaTiCaLlY destroy creationist with facts."

I hate to say it now, but I used to love Richard Dawkins and his snarky attitude. He epitomizes modern day atheists.

It's a common question religious people ask atheists.

This story, in actual full detail, is ingrained into my memory because it's from the first dinner I had with my first love's parents, and the moment I realized we probably weren't going to work out.

It's literally a story about the exact opposite... religious person taking moral pride over an atheist.

And your commenting on a thread where I and others are shitting on atheists calling them commie incels with nothing better to do...

So yeah, be less triggered fam.

Love that four people downvoted me in favor of my abusive parents because they believe in God and I don't. Fuck you too, frens.

Un-TLDR: I do! I work in software security and even have my own home rolled password bank. Last 3 accounts, my password matched what was in the bank. Every time .win gets and update and logs us out, I lose my account. :( Not even worth going to GA.win anymore because they think every new account is a shill. Half of them aren't even US citizens anyway haha.

I'm conflicted. My ex from high school's mom once asked me what keeps me from killing her, when asking about my religion and me revealing I am atheist. She casually responded that if it weren't for God, she would stab me with her dinner fork in a heart beat for being such a shitty person (an atheist).

I am both terrified and thankful that religion puts people like her at bay. 😂

Sorry to hear that. Glad you were able to work it out to some extent.

Neither did the drug and alcohol use, beatings, and casual crime. 😂

Don't worry, I'm 30-sum and rich AF now with a beautiful wife and a baby on the way. Self responsibility goes a long ways. They're accountable to God and I'm accountable to myself, and I have the evidence for which worked out more.
