Joe Biden has dementia. That's not a snarky shot, or a joke. Anyone who's got a medical background or who's spend time with elderly folks knows this to be true.
Personally, I've always disliked the man. He's scummy and sleazy and unctuous. And now, he's ancient, frail, and cognitively impaired. The DNC can NOT allow him the nomination.
This virus has the potential to become a historic event. In a very bad way. I caught Trump's chopper-chat earlier. I've watched him for years now, and have a pretty good feel for when he's bullshitting, and today was one of those days.
He's seen the worst case projections, and he's in spin mode. What national leader isn't?
Still.. can you imagine handing the wheel over to any Dem candidate in the middle of a crisis like this?
This should be his last campaign rally for a while. I hope he makes a big public announcement that in response to the CV-19 situation, he's leading the containment effort.
Let the Dems work with that.
