When or how do the PA legislatures decertify the Biden Electors?
I really don't know man. I've been clamoring for the Insurrection Act on this site but haven't gotten anywhere. We really should have created a big outcry and push for him to invoke it. That cunt Jenna has been advising him not to use it and here we are about to see Biden get officially assigned Electoral votes and become constitutionally President-Elect.
Comments like these never used to bother me and I kind of saw the logic. Now I know that Trump is only one man and the Republicans/conservatives in the senate, congress, at all levels even in the Whitehouse advising him, the supreme court, etc, they have all betrayed the Republic and haven't stopped the steal. So tell me? What exactly is he supposed to do when Mitch Mcconnell himself is doing everything he can to help Biden get into the Whitehouse?

Brother I feel the same way. I don't want to add insult to injury but I'll add one more. I can't feel patriotic when I see the flag, hear the anthem, or see stuff in movies anymore. I just feel sad, then pissed and disappointed. It would be different if Trump had actually lost to Biden because hell I was mentally already prepared to accept that people blamed Trump for coronavirus, they believed the fake news, and the way the guy gets absolutely slandered day. But the fact that they committed such an act of treason to defraud our presidental election and have gotten away with it to this point is fucking infuriating and disgusting. All the separations of power, checks and balances, and protections our process has is proving to be absolutely worthless in stopping this steal in the face of such overwhelming corruption. This country is on the brink of becoming one big lie and I won't be able to look at the flag without feeling shame if that happens.
What I don't get about people who put out complete bullshit Q LARP stuff is what exactly do you profit/benefit/gain/get out of it? If people fall for it you get a kick out of trolling? That's the detail I'm unsure about. Would the Insurrection Act give him the power to halt the Elector count pending the outcome of the military hand recounts/audits? That's my question and I would hope that it could be made to work. Because I agree with you time is not on our side.
One of the ways the Insurrection Act could be applied is if he sent the military to conduct hand recounts and audits in the contested states. A lot of people want it to be invoked and used to arrest people and seize evidence and all that stuff would be fucking fabulous but it would be much easier for Trump to say I'm sending in the military to do what you guys have refused to do. I await the results just like anyone else the military is in full control to count every legal vote and no illegal votes. Obviously the audits will find the fake ballots, dead people voting, out of state voting, illegal ballots, etc, etc. It's the best and obvious action to take.
My opinion of the Insurrection Act vs Jan 6 is that if they officially assign those Elector votes to Biden then he is constitutionally the President-Elect regardless of the fact that they stole the election. The system that has been doing absolutely nothing to stop the steal, once Biden is actually constitutionally legitimate, will do absolutely everything at light speed to stop Trump from stopping the steal. So if you ask me it is hugely important to invoke it before they have a chance to officially assign thr Electors to Biden.
Right now I'm trying to be a keyboard warrior to convince my fellow pedes that we should be getting our energy behind leading a huge outcry from Trump supporters to get the President to tell spineless fucks like Jenna they're fired. This seems like a good spot to say this. I think he'll wait until the 6th because if Pence doesn't at least attempt something he can finally tell us that there isn't an honest person around him and he's only one guy. Our government does not represent the people anymore not even in the slightest. If we want things to change we will need to start hanging traitors and that is unlikely to happen.

One of the things I'm glad about is that Americans reject what the Left is preaching. They voted for Republicans(at least they call themselves that) and Donald Trump.
