I am constantly praying(and posting) that Trump invokes the Insurrection Act before Jan 6th. I do not want Biden to have any fucking chance to get those electoral votes and actually become President Elect. He should use the Insurrection Act to halt the vote pending full hand recounts/audits in all contested states. He can literally say "I'm not in charge of this process I just got the ball rolling and let's see how the recounts/audits go. The military is in charge now and they have been instructed to count every legal vote"

Because Jan 6 is when the electors give their votes and that is the moment the next president is actually decided. If Biden gets the Elector votes he is the next President and anything Trump does after that is going against someone who is actually President Elect.
