Bad idea. We’d be much better off infiltrating and taking over the structure and resources of the existing GOP. Splintering the vote is a sure fire way to continue to loose (as if Hammer & Scorecard would allow us to win anyway).
Just look at the numbers from this past election (https://www.foxnews.com/elections/2020/general-results). Assuming most Libertarians would vote Republican, some of those swing states could have easily gone to Trump (Arizona, Georgia & Wisconsin).

I asked a friend of mine in Italy about this, here are his thoughts....
“ It’s a fake built with pieces of true facts: there was a data theft between 2015 and 2017 without correlation with 2020 elections. Names are true names. Regarding the letter of the lawyer it’s not clear yet if it is a fake or if he is playing some game...”
