This should highlight for everyone how dangerous social media is - solely for the reason that it is not the same as face to face interaction in your communities.
This is then compounded by algorithms and censorship. Making it appear that one side is more prevalent and vocal while removing dissenting opinion and information.
We need to change how we interact with one another and also force a change of laws to prevent algorithmic bias and mass censorship.
Therein lies the problem. Being able to report accurately and on time is simply an issue of resources. Every city and town knows what it takes to accomplish a goal. It is done consistently across the country for all kinds of events.
This isn’t something that could catch someone off guard, they know what is required to make this go smoothly and on time.
Fuck Fox News. They continue to misconstrue what President Trump was saying. They are using the same tactics lefties use. Fucking uniparty.
Surprisingly, Martha clarified and corrected the conversation and cuck Wallace immediately jumped in to muddy the water again.
I have the same thing here, but the person is voting President Trump. But they can’t get over how he talks and is a President Bush fan.
A lot of republicans and conservatives liked the status quo. They liked globalism, at least they didn’t mind it. Many of them are older, actual boomers. They got theirs and aren’t worried about or aware of (or only superficially) what’s happening to our country beneath the surface.
Biden represents going back to that. Trump represents (in their mind) more bad taste in their mouth. More mockery from the media and more harassment from their social and professional circles. They don’t like confrontation and would prefer if it all just went away.
Did he say anything against all of the rioting? Even if he did, boo-fuckin-hoo. We will no longer be silent or be silenced. I’m sick and tired of these assholes giving a pass to their own side no matter how violent they get and then throw shade at peaceful demonstrations that don’t follow their narrative.
Seems to be just another technique to obfuscate what’s really happened. [They] create alternate information, then “debunk “ it and point to it as “fake news” while entangling it with reality. It makes it hard for normies to deal with conflicting stories.
This is a great way to circumvent the news and show that we are everywhere. That this is not some illegitimate movement. That there’s a real, tangible and massive group of Americans that support this President and his policies. It will help put to rest accusations of “foreign interference” after the election. The media can broadcast and print their propaganda, but people will know the truth.
It’s time to be visible and loud!
I’m not certain how this is related to the college admissions scandal unless something improper happened. People write recommendation letters all the time. Unless there is more to come showing money changing hands or bad grades/unfit details that would normally prevent admission.
This kind of bias should immediately and permanently disqualify anyone from the election process.
