Agree. This is a states rights issue. When the federal government and state are aligned on the topic of border security, sure, CBP you go right ahead and do your thing. But when state and federal agency is at odds to patrol and protect the border, the state should take on this duty.

What they fail to realize is that 1) the GOP is effectively dead and 2) A pick between the GOP or Dems is no longer a choice. They are effectively the UNIPARTY. A new party of real conservatives is needed to put them both out of business. This is not an overnight fix.
