Am I the only person that finds it hilarious that it took a pandemic for Democrats to learn what federalism is and how it is intended to work? All I can do is eye roll when Gov Newsom of CA talks about how his state went out and got their own medical necessities. Yes Gov, this is how it is supposed to work. Where and when you fail the federal government will step up and try to help to the best of their ability.
