More than that, any site you visit that is using Google services will make your browser do a request back to Google. Google knows what you are looking at and searching for on other non-google sites.
If you use Google DNS they know every site you go to, even if it doesn't use any Google service.
The DNS is fine. The authoritative nameserver for it returns the same address you have there, and you seem to have a complete route to the destination. What symptom do you have when you attempt to open it in your browser? You say roommates, are you on a campus or in private housing?
Im in tech and in NJ. I don’t ever want to go back to the office. Sitting there for 9 hours whether there is something to do or not. I’m also sick of IT in general.
Im not a lawyer but if they can require drug testing they can probably require this virus testing, particularly the context of a state or national emergency. They wouldn’t get away with it under normal circumstances. Imagine if they were testing for aids the fruitcakes would be foaming at the mouth and it would be at the supreme court.
