Please bring back the civil service requirement. Make boys and girls between the ages of 18-20 participate in a civil service job. Like, maybe, IDK - work at an old persons home. Grade them military style based on their ability to complete tasks and develop skills. This could protect our elderly. 1)NEED - Zero Legislative or Judicial control or Other deepstate ability to influence. 2)NEED - a federal control structure similar to the structure of the Military.
