Fascinating observation! You got me digging! I never knew that Marx had a thing for Hegel....Funny thing, that didn't come up in my college philosophy courses. / sarc

Mine are all craftsman, many inherited from my father who was an old-time auto mechanic. Time to get a few replacements, and refuse to buy Chyna-shit.

A buddy just sent me this link, haven't had a chance to check it out, so sharing without recommendation either way:

UPDATE (Nov. 12): Kenya's government has launched an investigation into the Catholic Church's allegations. See follow up article here.

Kenya’s Catholic bishops are charging two United Nations organizations with sterilizing millions of girls and women under cover of an anti-tetanus inoculation program sponsored by the Kenyan government.

According to a statement released Tuesday by the Kenya Catholic Doctors Association, the organization has found an antigen that causes miscarriages in a vaccine being administered to 2.3 million girls and women by the World Health Organization and UNICEF. Priests throughout Kenya reportedly are advising their congregations to refuse the vaccine.

“We sent six samples from around Kenya to laboratories in South Africa. They tested positive for the HCG antigen,” Dr. Muhame Ngare of the Mercy Medical Centre in Nairobi told LifeSiteNews. “They were all laced with HCG.”

Dr. Ngare, spokesman for the Kenya Catholic Doctors Association, stated in a bulletin released November 4, “This proved right our worst fears; that this WHO campaign is not about eradicating neonatal tetanus but a well-coordinated forceful population control mass sterilization exercise using a proven fertility regulating vaccine. This evidence was presented to the Ministry of Health before the third round of immunization but was ignored.”

But the government says the vaccine is safe. Health Minister James Macharia even told the BBC, “I would recommend my own daughter and wife to take it because I entirely 100% agree with it and have confidence it has no adverse health effects.”

And Dr. Collins Tabu, head of the Health Ministry’s immunization branch, told the Kenyan Nation, that “there is no other additive in the vaccine other than the tetanus antigen.”

Tabu said the same vaccine has been used for 30 years in Kenya. Moreover, “there are women who were vaccinated in October 2013 and March this year who are expectant. Therefore we deny that the vaccines are laced with contraceptives.”

Newspaper stories also report women getting pregnant after being vaccinated.

Responds Dr. Ngare: “Either we are lying or the government is lying. But ask yourself, ‘What reason do the Catholic doctors have for lying?’” Dr. Ngare added: “The Catholic Church has been here in Kenya providing health care and vaccinating for 100 years for longer than Kenya has existed as a country.”

THIS !!! This is stuff each and every one of us can do in real life ...I leave post 'em notes in elevators, bathrooms, buses, subways, restaurant menus ...email a corporations, shop locally ...thousands of us nibbling away at them can have a big impact.

That's fascinating ... because it's exactly what I've observed / experienced ...I'm able to make their own arguments for them better than they can ...but they have zero clue about my positions / principles. If have any of those studies, would you post 'em here?

They try to do it to us / me ... so I learned from them ...they're remarkably susceptible to their own tricks ...and so incredibly unaware.

No. I'm trying to find out, but I'm not family, so they won't officially tell me. I'll need to be there for a visit (still having trouble making that happen due to ongoing restrictions) and when I'm there, get the scoop on the sly from one of the staff I know well.

It also sucks totally here in DC. Woke Mayor Bow-Wow is in lockstep with all things leftist.

I didn't intend to belittle you, BTW. I'm just beyond the point of patience with the whole covid thing. My frustration is with why we all didn't refuse in the first place, when it was obvious from the git go that the whole plandemic thing was fake.

DC is a Federal Jurisdiction, with a population of 700,000 approx. Those who live here primarily feed off the Fed Gov. DC per se does not represent ANY of America. It's just a location for the Federal Government.

I live in DC, about 1/2 mile from the White House. Have yet to wear a mask, other than at half mast when a store that I absolutely must go to absolutely refuses to let me in otherwise.

Ditto for the 6 people I know who had it. And 3 of 'em are in their 80s. (A couple of 'em lost taste and/or smell temporarily.)

The one person I know who had to go to the hospital was in their 80s and got it right after being vaxxed in a care home.

I hear ya' pede ... but in my little corner of the real world, those who see the truth about this are already awake ... those who are still wearing face diapers and buying into it are IMPERVIOUS to facts. I've wasted countless hours trying to wake people up, using every angle possible ...memes, convos, videos... none of it gets through the programming.

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which uses a vague and malleable definition of “hate group” in order to smear mainstream conservative and Christian organizations and place them on a list — and a “hate map” — with the Ku Klux Klan. This inspired an attempted terrorist attack in 2012 (which the SPLC rightly condemned, but which did not lead the SPLC to remove the targeted organization).

The SPLC defines a “hate group” as “an organization or collection of individuals that – based on its official statements or principles, the statements of its leaders, or its activities – has beliefs or practices that attack or malign an entire class of people, typically for their immutable characteristics. An organization does not need to have engaged in criminal conduct or have followed their speech with actual unlawful action to be labeled a hate group.”

The SPLC twists this definition, using it as a cudgel to defame its ideological opponents and to shame them into silence. A former spokesman explained that the organization’s “aim in life is to destroy these groups.” The SPLC accuses organizations that advocate for religious freedom or against the threat of radical Islamist terror of spreading “anti-LGBT” or “anti-Muslim” propaganda. In fact, the “hate group” definition is so malleable that the SPLC uses it to brand organizations that advocate against illegal immigration “anti-immigrant hate groups,” even though migration status is most certainly not an “immutable characteristic.”

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is determined to root out “extremism” from the ranks of the military. He has just concluded a 60-day series of “listening sessions” dealing with the question of how he should go about the task of cleansing the armed forces of bad thoughts and is now ready to begin implementing programs and policies to that end.

But Austin has a huge problem. He has to be able to define “extremism” in such a way as to safeguard our constitutional liberties while rooting out the skinheads, the Klan members, the gangbangers, and violent revolutionaries that make up a small but significant fraction of the armed forces.

What is “extremism”? What is “extremist ideology”? Who can be considered “an extremist”?

Is there any definition of “extremism” that isn’t subjective? What criteria will be used to determine who is “extreme”? Anti-abortion? Anti-gay marriage? Devout Christianity?

They were all very old and very fragile. More evidence that the vaxx is deadly to seniors. Same thing happened at the care home where 4 of my elderly friends/loved ones reside. They'd had just 4 covid deaths since last year (and I believe but will never know for sure, that those were misattributed to covid) ... then this Feb all residents were vaxxed. Within three weeks the care home had 52 covid cases and 6 deaths.
