An Asian man was arrested after California police say he kidnapped and tried to sexually assault an Asian woman, believing she was white, in retaliation for the rise in hate crimes against Asians. Michael Sangbong Rhee, 37, was arrested Thursday night at his Lake Forest home, Irvine police said in a Facebook post. Rhee was charged with kidnapping with intent to commit a sexual assault and is being held at Orange County Jail on $1 million bail. Police said an Asian woman was sitting in her car near her apartment on Thursday afternoon and looked up to see Rhee holding a handgun. Rhee reportedly told the woman if she wanted to live, she would have to get in the back of her car, according to police.
. . . Rhee reportedly targeted the Asian woman because he mistook her as white, according to detectives. They also believe that Rhee assaulted the woman in “retaliation for hate crimes committed against the Asian community” and are adding hate crime charges in the criminal complaint filed with the Orange County District Attorney’s office.

I don't understand why so many of us are demoralized ... huge stuff is happening, but it's not huge Booms, so maybe that's it ...I'm in it for the long haul, and am actually energized by ((their)) efforts -- it's hilarious to see them fail every time they try something. That's what the few folks I know who've actually had it said. This whole testing stuff is total BS. Like you, the folks I know who got it had to go through the same crap ..and then still were told to get the vaccine.

The Absolutism of Tyranny “So long as we govern our nation by the letter and spirit of the Bill of Rights, we can be sure that our nation will grow in strength and wisdom and freedom.” –– President (General and Texan) Dwight D. Eisenhower “No Amendment is absolute.” –– Resident (and career politician) Joe Biden Good Monday morning to everyone! The two aforementioned quotes tell us all we need to know about the abysmal depths to which we have devolved in America. Yes, there is a great difference between a man who served his nation in uniform and rose to the rank of General and became President, and the current resident of the White House.
Eisenhower took an oath to the Constitution of these United States of America and completely understood the letter and spirit of our rule of law. Sadly, today there are current and former Generals — such as SecDef Lloyd Austin — who seem to have forgotten their oaths to the Constitution as they support an ideology that stands in sharp contrast to those immutable principles.
What Joe Biden asserted last week should disturb every American, well, at least those who are not mindless lemmings, progressive socialists. Joe Biden, and his delusional laughing sidekick Kamala Harris, embrace a notion that they can cancel our individual rights with a stroke of a pen. The first ten amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America are referred to as our “Bill of Rights,” individual rights. If Joe and Kamala truly believe that no amendment is absolute, then we can only deduce the following: Tyranny and totalitarianism are absolute.
Biden’s comment is not one of unity, but one of conformity, something we wrote about in previous Monday Messages. The last time Americans faced such a tyrannical perspective was with a fella named King George III. It is unconscionable that anyone calling himself an American president would say such an absurd thing, and the reason I will no longer refer to Joe Biden as such . . . unless he apologizes to the American people.
Biden’s comments came as he was declaring Executive Orders that have an undermining effect on our Second Amendment rights. And, resident Biden should understand that no Executive Order can negate our constitutional rights unless he deems himself now Dictator Biden in his deranged mind.
Consider this: if no amendment is absolute, then do we have any First Amendment rights? I suppose our freedom of religion, speech, expression, and the right to petition our government for redress of grievances are subjective, open to debate, or elimination based upon another Executive Order.
Biden’s support for a national Red Flag Law means that he doesn’t see our Fourth Amendment right as absolute either. Hheck, just go ahead and declare Antifa the new Brown Shirts, or Gestapo, and have them knock on doors, without a warrant, and seize legally owned firearms of law-abiding citizens.
And our sovereign States can just forget that whole Tenth Amendment folly, right? After all, no amendment is absolute so the federal government can just be the repository of all power, and nothing is “reserved to the States and the People.”
Hey, since no amendment is absolute, then I suppose that means the Democrats can once again institute slavery. Why not, the Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendments — all passed by Republicans — that freed slaves, made them citizens, gave them equal protection under the law and the right to vote, can be taken away with the stroke of an Executive Order signature as those amendments are not absolute.
Women, what happens to the Nineteenth Amendment — again, supported by and advanced by Republicans — giving y’all the right to vote? Biden says it is not absolute.
Hey Joe, since no amendment is absolute, then let's dump that Sixteenth Amendment: "The Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and…CLICK TO TWEET Hey Joe, since no amendment is absolute, then let’s dump that Sixteenth Amendment:
“The Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.”
So all your rhetoric about raising taxes for your insidious leftist policies, well, we say “no.” Oh, I get it, your definition of what is absolute only applies to the leftist ideological agenda, of which individual liberty, freedom, and sovereignty do not exist.

Scientists at the Pentagon's secretive unit are researching viruses and developing pandemic cures
They work at Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and other Pentagon laboratories
DARPA's teams saw COVID-19 infected 1,271 onboard USS Theodore Roosevelt as the virus spread unchecked
In response they have developed a microchip to detect asymptomatic COVID in a bid to prevent an outbreak
The chip is inserted below skin and triggers a sensor if COVID infects the body
DARPA have also created a filter which can remove COVID virus from the blood when attached to dialysis
They are working on a vaccine that would work against all coronaviruses, even ones not yet identified
The team also successfully manufactured antibodies against Spanish Flu

UPDATE (Nov. 12): Kenya's government has launched an investigation into the Catholic Church's allegations. See follow up article here.
Kenya’s Catholic bishops are charging two United Nations organizations with sterilizing millions of girls and women under cover of an anti-tetanus inoculation program sponsored by the Kenyan government.
According to a statement released Tuesday by the Kenya Catholic Doctors Association, the organization has found an antigen that causes miscarriages in a vaccine being administered to 2.3 million girls and women by the World Health Organization and UNICEF. Priests throughout Kenya reportedly are advising their congregations to refuse the vaccine.
“We sent six samples from around Kenya to laboratories in South Africa. They tested positive for the HCG antigen,” Dr. Muhame Ngare of the Mercy Medical Centre in Nairobi told LifeSiteNews. “They were all laced with HCG.”
Dr. Ngare, spokesman for the Kenya Catholic Doctors Association, stated in a bulletin released November 4, “This proved right our worst fears; that this WHO campaign is not about eradicating neonatal tetanus but a well-coordinated forceful population control mass sterilization exercise using a proven fertility regulating vaccine. This evidence was presented to the Ministry of Health before the third round of immunization but was ignored.”
But the government says the vaccine is safe. Health Minister James Macharia even told the BBC, “I would recommend my own daughter and wife to take it because I entirely 100% agree with it and have confidence it has no adverse health effects.”
And Dr. Collins Tabu, head of the Health Ministry’s immunization branch, told the Kenyan Nation, that “there is no other additive in the vaccine other than the tetanus antigen.”
Tabu said the same vaccine has been used for 30 years in Kenya. Moreover, “there are women who were vaccinated in October 2013 and March this year who are expectant. Therefore we deny that the vaccines are laced with contraceptives.”
Newspaper stories also report women getting pregnant after being vaccinated.
Responds Dr. Ngare: “Either we are lying or the government is lying. But ask yourself, ‘What reason do the Catholic doctors have for lying?’” Dr. Ngare added: “The Catholic Church has been here in Kenya providing health care and vaccinating for 100 years for longer than Kenya has existed as a country.”

“What They Own In Canada We already know that Communist China has large stakes in, or owns outright, much of Canada’s coastline and harbor lands.
If you missed media attention around their shopping spree, here’s what they bought in Canada. The Bentall Centre, a landmark office complex in Vancouver, that went for just over a B. Retirement Concepts, a senior care company in BC and Alberta, that also just happens to have a massive real estate footprint. The HSBC Building in Toronto, also known as 70 York Street. Last but not least, 777 Bay Street, whose largest client is the Government of Ontario. All of these deals were approved by the Canadian government, who found nothing weird about their ownership structure. (The Chinese Government Just Seized Billions Worth Of Canadian Real Estate, Better Dwelling, Feb. 23, 2018)
“Canada must have missed when US Congress flat out called them a state owned entity. The US never presented hard proof of the Chinese government’s involvement with Anbang. Although it’s now, ironically, under state control. It’s not like the RCMP and CSIS warned us this would happen though. Oh wait, there was that one time the RCMP and CSIS warned us this would happen. Whoops!
“Update: Canderel, the owners of 777 Bay Street, reached out to dispute Brookfield’s report. They claim Anbang did not buy the building from them. Canderel appears to operate Anbang’s 70 York Street, and the Bentall Centre. Canderel’s VP of Leasing, Michael Vilner declined to answer any further questions related to Anbang at this time.” (Better Dwelling)
And now there’s this chilling but only temporary Facebook account of what happened to Canadian citizen, Virginia Pollock at Vancouver International Airport:
“I got home to Canada yesterday. I must tell you about the fresh hell I walked into after arriving in the Vancouver British Columbia Airport.
“Our airplane flew into Vancouver from Seattle and we were immediately made to walk in a single file. There were no more than 30 of us. The airport was totally empty like a huge tomb. There were absolutely no people in offices or stores. There was a chilling effect to this great emptiness and quiet.
“As we were walking in single file on either side along this chosen path were guards about every 20 feet keeping us contained on path. The guards were Chinese in Airport Security uniforms. I wanted to take a picture but I was sternly warned not to take any pictures. I asked if I may use the woman’s facilities and having to go off path I was escorted by a Chinese woman in the uniform of the Airport Security. I have Chinese friends but this felt very different. It was unnerving coming back to my country to be made to file one after another with Chinese guards keeping us in line and directing us.
