i saw someone snap a picture of the front page for a court case, is it verified?
I firmly believe trump will throw out the unlawful ballots in PA, GA and WI in SCOTUS but that all depends on what the safe harbor deadline really means in court. is it a guideline or is a strict law that scotus will follow, denying taking any case after this period of time?
https://www.scotusblog.com/election-litigation/pennsylvania-democratic-party-v-boockvar/
Both sides have filed their arguments for to grant/deny writ of certiorari (democrats waited last day to file this afternoon)
I think we get a decision tomorrow? Anyone know?

they claim that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court “diminish[ed] and usurp[ed] the rights” that the Constitution “vests in the Pennsylvania General Assembly” under the Elections and Electors Clauses,Pet. at 7,and thereby “diminish[ed]. . . their authority under the United States Constitution,” id. at 8. But any such injury would inure to the General Assembly as a body, not to any individual legislator. See Virginia House of Delegates v. Bethune-Hill, __ U.S. __, 139 S.Ct. 1945, 1953 (2019)(“individual members lack standing to assert the institutional interests of a legislature”); Raines, 521 U.S. at 821 (six congressional members who challenged Line Item Veto Act as permit-ting the president to usurp congressional power lacked standing because that injury “necessarily damage[d]” all members “equally”)
Watched barnes law, he said something about the deadline is actually Jan 6th not dec 14th but it wasnt clear if he was referring to the legal challenges or something to do with sending our electors
Ill try to find it again but I'll post this in the meanwhile
i've been asking non stop but nobody seems to know
there was a slam dunk constitutional case (with the argument that kathy boockvar changed election law) that was at the court of appeals ready to go to scotus
but we never heard from it ever again. anybody fill me in?
they were outnumbered 2:1 whenever they tried to object to the ballots, what happens from here?
Any guesses?
Also when do you think trump will declassify the durham investigation?
Deadline is the 8th of December and we have a week left, shit seems really slow
It's best to avoid a house vote because of the amount of rinos we have tbh
Getting so many different answers
Have no idea where it is right now
What a mess. They couldn't make things worse
I just saw the shredding of the ballots video, at first I thought it was just speculation but now that ive seen the full video a few days later I didn't realize she took pics of the ballots in the trash can
Just fucking hang the governor already
It doesn't matter what he does anyway. Constitutional lawsuits will always prevail in scotus
for example in PA, alito oversees that circuit court, what power does he have over our case?
PA- unconstitutional changing of election law, same argument used with bush v gore. Ballots after 9pm thrown out
GA- same with PA but with signature matching. Bad ballots thrown out
WI- recount will hopefully swing but I'm unsure if the last minute change will allow that. If so another lawsuit in coming
MI- won't certify
AZ-?
NV-?
Also sydney will be filing a case on the grounds of fraud. Is she succeeds will that mean they won't certify, or do they throw out ballots? It's conflicting with lin Wood's case which is also a very strong case when it reaches Clarence Thomas.
The best strategy is to flip these states for a clean 270 but if many states don't certify I'm worried about the house not going our way
Trying to understand the legal process
I feel like the lower courts don't have the jurisdiction to deal with something as big as elections, would they all immediately be passed to scotus or what?
Im not doubting the legal team but wouldn't it be better to flip these states so we get a clean 270+ win instead of a contingent election where we might be getting rinos voting for biden?
Think about it this way, if the bad guys got it, that raid would look as such:
1 or 2 officials enters the office. Unplugs the hard drive. Takes it with him/them. Goes home.
that's it. we would have never known about it
i was skeptical at first about this whole story but now that sidney powell has confirmed, this is it lads.
What is this bullshit again, ffs
Is this legal, what has the campaign said about this?
The AG coerced the republicans to certify
Which means another lawsuit. I mean I'm pissed as fuck and another lawsuit doesn't mean much to me though. I need to start seeing wins before I give weight to these lawsuits
I know it's most likely fake news but I'm hearing they only have 1 lawyer left to take it which is a radio show host, who said on Nov 7th the evidence isnt groundbreaking (???)
And also that scotus took no action. I think that means though that they didn't dismiss it nkt what they are interpreting by saying they denied it.
I confidently believe sydney powell will deliver as she never overplays her hand
We got a hearing on Tuesday about the PA scotus case which is pretty big
I think we should hear something about the Georgia lawsuit (which is very similar to the PA one) that was filed on Friday under a federal court.
Anyone know anything about the michigan lawsuit? Arizona too
Where can I find the current status? Is it already at SCOTUS?
