The probability of former Vice President Biden winning the popular vote in the four Defendant states -- Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin -- independently given President Trump's early lead in those States as of 3 a.m. on November 4, 2020, is less than one in a quadrillion, or 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000. For former Vice President Biden to win those four states collectively, the odds increase to one in a quadrillion to the 4th power

So those are big numbers, I work with stats quite a lot, and I figured I would give a decent visualization.

First of all, one in a quadrillion to the 4th power is a 1 with 60 zeros behind it, or 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.

That's such a large number, it becomes meaningless to most people, it's impossible to fathom.

So let's talk lottery odds, since that's a little bit more close to home.

The rough odds (according to Lottery USA) of winning the Mega Millions jackpot are 1 in 302.6 million. The rough odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are 1 in 292.2 million.

That's still nowhere near our number, so let's up the improbability.

The odds of winning BOTH the Mega Millions jackpot AND the Powerball jackpot combined for a rough win of more than a billion dollars comes out to 1 in 88 quadrillion.

Now we're getting somewhere.

Now, statistically, you actually have around a 25% better chance at winning both the Mega Millions jackpot and the Powerball jackpot combined, THREE TIMES IN A ROW, than Joe Biden did at legitimately winning the 2020 election when the numbers were reported Nov 4 at 3 am.

EDIT: title should have been et al. not et All, my bad, still on my first cup of covfefe.

EDIT 2: Another example, you would have similar odds of picking a single atom out of the estimated number of atoms in the known, observable universe (1 in 10^78 - 10^82), Biden had ~1 in 10^60.

Hey everyone,

First of all, I have been a long time lurker both here and on the original Domreddit. I am a huge fan of this community and love how we are all dedicated to sharing the truth.

In the interest of truth, I wanted to volunteer a little bit of my expertise as a web developer to shed light on something I've noticed getting a lot of attention - the "changing" or "jumping" numbers on view counters, likes, retweets, etc. So if you see a view counter go from 400,000 to 385,000 or something like that, I can explain that.

  • This is NOT an explanation of the clear voter fraud, as massive spikes like that cannot be explained.

  • This is also NOT an explanation of why certain videos and topics should be trending, that is clear manual manipulation.

I wanted to share this knowledge because it looks bad when we as a community share "false leads" or people devote attention where it really likely isn't a big issue.

So, after that preamble, I believe that a lot of this small to medium increment "view count" disparity is due to what we call CDNs. CDN stands for "content distribution network".

Here's part of how a CDN works (generally, and with a hypothetical example made particularly relevant to my theory):

Say thedonald.win's servers are based in Sweden. If you live in America, it actually will take a fair amount of time to load pages and transfer data back and forth from your browser to the servers.

To solve that problem, you can use a CDN. The CDN actually has servers that are close to where you live, and they effectively cache, or hold a local copy of, thedonald.win (or whatever data you're trying to access). This means that instead of your browser having to talk with Sweden, it can talk with the county right beside of you. Quicker round trip = faster websites, which is a win!

Now, because the data you're trying to access is a cached version, that also means it isn't perfectly up to date with the primary server (called the origin server, which is in this example in Sweden). Maybe the CDN server you connected to says 400,000 views when it is actually at 450,000.

As you refresh a page or visit it multiple times, you can actually connect to a different CDN server. That CDN server could have a different number of views cached, maybe 380,000 when it is truthfully at 450,000.

However, what you saw was the view count go from 400,000 to 380,000. So it appears that it is going down, even though it actually is not, it's just lower on a different server cache than it is on the last cache contents you downloaded.

When this number changing is in small increments like this, it is more than likely not fraudulent or malicious in my opinion. However if the number changing is in large increments, it more than likely is fraudulent.

Anyway, I hope that this can shed some light on why we see numbers jumping around a lot on content views.

My hope isn't to try and discredit any theories or state that there isn't malicious behavior - there absolutely is. I just want to make sure that we are focusing our efforts and energy on flags that are much bigger and redder, and less likely to have a reasonable explanation.
