Basically, knee/neck restraints are standard operating procedure, it's not fatal, and it's about the only damn thing that works on Excited Delirium Syndrom (aka, people out of their minds on drugs). The police need reforming in many many ways but until cops can administer ketamine (instead of having paramedics do it) then neck restraints are the best we got.

The first amendment only protects religions, not theocracies. Islam is a theocracy. Sharia Law has precedence over the Constitution and Laws of the US. I would like to see politicians debate this issue and address the danger of Islam to a proper functioning democracy.
