Bannon and team regularly mentioned having the show translated "to blast straight through the great firewall" Also, you can see looking at the channel "#warroom" and when I put it through Google translate it looks like a bunch of stuff that Steve and the team say on the show, a lot.
I don't speak chinese. But, this guy's cadence is unnatural, choppy, and weird. Probably because he's listening then translating.
