I think what the Qs (supposed operatives in DIA) claim is more likely to be true. They claim that Donald Trump was asked to run by the military (to clean the swamp). If you've watched all the interviews of Trump on youtube it's obvious he's wanted there to be a swamp-draining president for at least 35 years. It makes sense that they could hack dominion and stop the vote-switching which likely occurred under every election which used dominion.. There wasn't voter ID back then in most states either, but this method would be easiest to do.
