If at least one congressmen and at least one senator oppose, Congress have to debate elections for two hours and then vote on it. To invalidate the results there needs to be a majority both in the House and in the Senate. So that's not going to happen. Additionally, speaker of the house has some means of railroading the whole process.
The only real option now is to get enough States to not certify electors (electors, not elections). Or to get judicial remedies enjoining the certification of electors. But I'm afraid we may not have enough time left.

The fraudulent ballots cannot be removed (they are all mixed together now). If the margin of fraud is greater than the margin of victory, then the proper remedy is revote.
In case of presidential election it can't practically be done, but for senate seat it is very doable.

Certifying the elections is the beginning of the lawsuits - before that you can't prove you've sustain an injury. So the sole fact that state is certifying doesn't seal the deal.

I understand the idea of midterms in the Senate - every two years different seats are up for reelection. But my understanding is the every of 435 House seats are for grabs each 2 years. So why GOP is being praised while they lost?

But SCOTUS made it clear what the current make up of the court thinks about infringing on the 1A under pandemic pretenses. While it's very likely that 2nd Circus will again disregard federal constitution, it's now known what's the SCOTUS view. Lin Wood not only is a fraud, but quite possibly the rouge agent. All he does undermines Trump chances, by pushing crazy theories, instead of pursuing easily winnable issues (like mail-in-ballot signature checking). Additionally, now he's calling for boycotting GA Senate runoffs. That guy is bought or crazy, possibly both.
