Can we talk about realistic paths to victory?
To win election Trump has to:
- win Georgia after audit/recount
- win AZ or WI (audits needed as well)
If that happens it will all boil down to PA. My hope is SCOTUS can deliver some kind of groundwork for PA to refuse to certify (or maybe even to order revote).
I don't believe SCOTUS has any valid remedy for fuckery done in Philadelphia. But, if they write strongly worded opinion on how Philly election officials are in contempt of the Court (failure to separate ballots, destruction of envelopes) then it may legitimize PA legislature to do their job.
It's an uphill battle guys, but it can be won with the right focus and resources.
