Meh, Tim Pool doesn't pretend to be conservative. What I enjoy about him is getting a perspective from a liberal that hasn't lost their fucking mind. I think he genuinely comes from a place of wanting to see the middle class in America succeed, he just has different ideas on how it should be done. I respect him trying to make and attempt to do actual journalism and give me a quick rundown on the news cycle while I'm driving to work.
While I absolutely don't agree with everything Tim Pool says, he's a dude I could sit down and have a civil discussion with without worrying about losing my job etc. for saying the "wrong" thing. And while sometimes I think he's a bit dramatic and panders to big tech, I would much rather he do what he can to skirt the line and stay on YouTube where he can be viewed by a larger audience and slowly give them incentives to explore conservative voices that they might have never considered before.
My husband's comment when our results were in but things were still up in the air as to who would win: "Well, at least we won't be known as the state that fucked up this country."
I want to give a shout out to Sleepy Joe, because if he hadn't done such a shitty job the past 8 years, we never would have had Mr. President Donald J. Trump. Thank you so much! 😏😂
I think as long as the President stresses that the vaccine is completely optional but a very good idea, he'll be fine bragging about it, as he damn well should, the speed at which they pushed through to develop a vaccine for a completely novel virus is unprecedented in our lifetime. Honestly "the party of science" should be in awe of what's he done to help these companies develop these drugs and vaccines.
I especially think if he steps up to the plate and shows himself getting the vaccine on camera, he will get mad respect. I know it won't be ready before election day most likely but he could make a promise that he will do it.
It's also very possible that Trump took the feedback from his conversation on Rush Limbaugh's show and used it to improve himself, because Rush also did point out that Trump made a mistake in the first debate by interrupting Biden and in essence it indirectly saved Biden from making more gaffes and rambling on. I really enjoyed that segment, it was nice to have someone having a constructive back and forth dialogue with the President. I hope he continues to make appearances on Rush's show.
Every fiber in my being would have loved for Trump to fire back and ask Biden to clarify why Abraham Lincoln was a racist. 😆
You know what I love? Muting the mic absolutely backfired on the Dems. It kept Trump more focused and on topic since Biden couldn't interrupt and derail Trump by getting Trump pissed and riled up whenever Biden lies.
I have noticed that one thing that will absolutely set Trump off like a firecracker is when someone lies and rightfully so. However the muted mic also stopped Trump from "saving" Biden like he did last time.
Moderator secretly making Trump look more competent by making Trump give very concrete answers, for example, 3 big companies working on the vaccine, plans to use army logistics to distribute vaccine and vaccine has a timeline of several weeks. Biden gets a softball question and only gives a vague answer of "shutdown the virus." What does that even mean?
I also may have misheard this portion but at one point did Biden say that Abraham Lincoln was racist?
I'm killing an 100 extra snow geese during conservation season (no bag limits) just to piss you off.
