Michigan pede here. I'm seeing bare minimum compliance only required by law. Employees mostly. I went to a bar on Saturday and there was a "Everyone must wear masks" sign. I rolled my eyes, walked back to my car, and put on my mask. I walked in the door wearing the mask and people literally laughed at me.
I ripped it off and took a walk of shame to the table where my friends were waiting. One of my friends knows the owner and I said "Why does he have the sign if nobody is wearing a mask. "The sign is required to stay open".
