So fucking true. Had a black friend at work....never showed up on time. Never. He got a raise. Me....I showed up an hour early and left an hour late almost every day so I could train others to do other jobs and take on more responsibility within the company. And one of those rare days I didnt stay late....I got reprimanded. Kicker was I was told to go home because I was constantly going into overtime pay.

Yeah....I didn't get a raise. But my black friend did.

So I left the company.
