By violating their own constitutions, they have shown the intent and preparation to harm the other states. But apparently the point here (and in the SC) is ...there has been no actual legal "harm" just yet until they take that intent and ** follow through ** on participating in the electoral college process. Right now it's only a conspiracy to cause future harm. A lawsuit needs more standing than that.
Did this guest even go to law school? He talks about kicking it down to a lower court when the whole point is that SCOTUS has original jurisdiction in suits between states.

The woman on the right looks to me about 10 years older. Her hair is too poofed up where Elena's is flatter and wavy. How many blondes with darker roots are there, it's such a popular style. Also so when I hear "It's the same mask!" -- there are 100 billion of those standard issue masks and everybody has a box of them -- IMO it doesn't come close to being worth mentioning.
I think he said it to raise attention as you say, and also out of anger... it sent a message that the "Fight for Trump" chant solidified.
Neither one was able to rise to the occasion and give full support of Trump in a believable way I hope this stunning moment shocks them enough to change their tune starting tomorrow.
