We have 1 more stop. I am 99% sure that SCOTUS will take up the legality of election rule changes. They'll rule that the legislatures alone have the power to make election law, and that any change without the legislature is void. This will all be post election. SCOTUS signaled early that they would not get involved in the political process after the fact. The responsibility falls to the legislatures. It was their job to decertify not SCOTUS. They failed to do that for a host of reasons. Mainly the state leadership is full of rinos that must be primaried.
