Alito denied emergency injunctive relief, the court hasn’t made any rulings or decisions pertaining to the case that we know of.
1-The article is straight up lying because they didn’t dismiss the case, they denied injunctive relief.
2-There’s a plethora of reasons they denied it, the most likely that A) this type of relief was unnecessary for the case and B) the Texas case covers all the same allegations just on a much larger scale.

It means we’re waiting for the court to hear the case and make a ruling, same as before. Injunctive relief if only given if it’s necessary to be handed down down immediately, which the decertification isn’t.
As the safe harbor is ended by litigation, and we don’t have another date of significance in their eyes until January 6th there was no reason to grant this type of relief.
That’s not even close to true, Alito just denied injunctive relief. SCOTUS is still gonna heat the case.
1- We won’t know SCOTUS’s decision on taking the case by 3pm tomorrow, but it is very possible we’ll know their stance on giving emergency relief and hearing the case later in the day.
2- They’re cucked to a point, they’re not gonna do anything on their own but if forced to act they’ll likely support Trump. We have decent majority’s in most of the contested states, so even if a couple RINO’s fuck us it’ll be okay. Most “experts” (even on the left) agree that the legislatures are most likely to support Trump if it comes down to it.
